Maestro RR no power? Tundra 12 no jbl/no nav. Kenwood DMX1037S

My headunit (Kenwood DMX1037s) and Maestro RR are not receiving power from my 2012 TUNDRA (no jbl/no nav). The Maestro DOES turn on when connected to my computer and when being flashed. I flashed a couple of times to ensure I was using the correct firmware version, but that did not solve the issue.

Is it possible the Maestro RR unit is defective?
I have attached a link to photos to show the wiring setup. However, I followed the Datalink/Maestro Wiring Diagram.

If you unplug the module entirely, hold the programming button and keep held, plug everything back in. Does the LED do anything?
