I am transferring my Pioneer Avic 8200NEX into my new car, a 2018 Highlander Limited Platinum model with JBL. Do I just flash the maestro to get the birds eye view to work or do I need to input these values somewhere myself? Thank you! My steering wheel is almost exact, it has the lane departure and the radar cruise control on the right in addition to the picture of the steering wheel you have for the same car.

You need to do a normal flash for your new radio and follow the document i attached above.

I'm confused what I do with the excel file? I installed the radio, I flashed the maestro rr. When I go into reverse I see what I saw with my factory unit. I have a button that I could push before and see the birds eye view, but that doesn't seem to work now. I have no way to scroll through cameras like the picture in the excel file.

Thanks for forwarding me to this page.

I'm not sure I understand the attached xls file either...could you elaborate on what the file is all about?

Looks like CAN IDs?
Do those values need to be entered somewhere on the radios interface or is all that just informational?
I'm assuming Maestro RR firmware will install/program these these parameters (based on the radio used).

Otherwise, at the bottom, you are showing how the operation works with camera activation and toggling through different views through the steering wheel?

Lastly, the highlighted note "Must use reverse wire for 360...". This wire should already be installed on your T02 toyota T-harness? (Assuming its newer than version 1.6)

Thanks and apologies in advanced for asking noob questions.

:D

Pay no mind to the can IDS, just the wiring. Most likely, you'll have a newer harness, so the only thing you will have to hook up is the reverse wire.

Just my luck, I ended up getting a ver 1.6 shipped to me (lable shows QC Passed 2016/05/09

Referring back to the exel doc above, I don't see any information with regard to wiring.

Please advise, Thanks!
