What can mostly cause this issue

I am using 8200 nex with MRR T01 for Toyota Camry 2011, Have been using the unit for about 2 months, sofarso good with carplay untill today after switching to Android phone. got the issue when trying to use Android auto
"to use android auto, please stop your car and check your Andriod phone" . on the phone side, I was asked to have the brake engaged".

I am wondering if I need to ground the wire for parking or brake, which as far as I remember I did not ground any mire during the installation of 8200nex.

If that's the issue, you simply need the light green from our harness hooked to the light green on the radio harness. When you engage the parking brake, it will supply the signal from the brake and satisfy the Pioneer's safety requirements.

Past that, I'm not sure. You might want to give Pioneer a call and see if they have seen this with their radios.
