Bought mine last week; love it! I do most of my installations in a mobile setting, and not having to drag the laptop out and "tether" it to my phone for KLON vehicles is great. I still use the regular updater in my office for the initial flash, but have the WLM-AN1 in the truck for KLON and any necessary firmware changes that inevitably happen when customers get the year or model of their vehicle wrong when they make their appointment over the phone.
One thing to note; using this thing requires a 12v cord(included) that must be plugged into either a lighter socket or OBD2 port(adapter also included). Kind of hard to use in the office; I think I'll get myself a little 12 volt power supply......

Yea I have been using one for weeks and love it. There are a few glitches and some firmwares are hard to find if you load them that way but in all it saves a ton of time....

can't even get mine to work. I have the new Droid Turbo with Kitkat 4.4.4. I've been working out of my motorcycle running all over the city installing starters on-site. Would love to use this and not haul a laptop around but all I get is this

Most likely a registration issue. When the WLM is first connected to the phone, there is a short communication between the phone and WLM that decide what type of device the WLM is, and how it is supposed to operate when connected. The user is generally given the opportunity to choose a device because the phone has no way of knowing what the WLM is, and often times the user chooses 'Media Device', when they should be selecting 'USB Device', and this is what causes the type of error mesages this guy is seeing.

You need to remove the device from his phone, different systems can eject connected devices, or go into your USB device settings and make sure that the WLM is not being seen as a Media or Camera device.
