Works with IPhone 5S?

Just purchased weblink mobile. Updated it to V1.4 off website. When plugged into my phone it keeps connecting/disconnecting repeatedly(about 10 times) then it says it's not connected. My charge indicator flashes and the phone chimes every time it connects/disconnects. If I leave it alone for about 30 seconds it repeats the connect/disconnect chimes and charge indicator.

Not sure if I have a faulty module or it does not work with 5S.

What module is plugged in and do you have it connected to 12v?

Sorry it's an AL-CA build date 2014 and tried both OBD2 port and lighter socket.

As long as it's February of 2014 or newer it should be fine.
