Ar universal car radio replacement interface

I bought it new Ar/ ads-mmr hw rr(512)30 it does not let me download for my 2010 vw GTI info what can I do ? i tryed to download on 5 pc 4 with windows 10 and one with windows 7 ?????? how can I get it download

The Rr module will flash on Windows ten computers as long as you are using Internet Explorer. Give us a call Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 8:30pm EST and we can walk you through it.
