CH4
1x RED = Check CAN wires.
2x RED = Never received immobilizer question. Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
3x RED = Never received immobilizer answer. Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
4x RED = Never received the VIN. Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
5x RED = N/A
6x RED = N/A
5x RED = VIN received, but invalid. Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
7x RED = If no t-harness is detected! (RS-CH4 only)


CH5
1x RED = Check CAN wires.
2x RED = Check if vehicle is equipped with an immobilizer. If not equipped with an immobilizer, press and release programming button. For vehicles with immobilizer, try to relearn or contact tech support.
3x RED = Never received immobilizer answer. Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
4x RED = Never received the VIN. Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
5x RED = VIN received, but invalid. Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.


CH6
1x RED = No VIN received. Check J1850 connection.
2x RED = VIN received, but immobilizer detection problem. Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
3x RED = VIN received, but invalid immobilizer problem. Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
4x RED = VIN received, immobilizer learned, but VIN is invalid or unknown!!! Contact tech support.
5x RED = No J1850 detected. Check J1850 connection.


CH7

If the LED never turns solid RED or never blinks GREEN, press module programming button and the LED will pulse RED the error number:

1x RED = No high speed CAN activity. Check CAN wires.
2x RED = Keyless codes not learned, be sure to press the unlock button on the OEM keyfob.
3x RED = No PTS on received (no 12V). Check PTS connection.
4x RED = No data on the immobilizer. Check if there is another OEM keyfob in the vehicle, then check immobilizer data wire connection.
5x RED = Ignition never turns ON. Check ignition wire connection.
6x RED = VIN not found. Check the CAN connections.
7x RED = No PTS off received (no GND). Check PTS connection.
8x RED = No PTS on (no 12V). Check PTS connection.
9x RED = No data on the immobilizer. Check if there is another OEM keyfob in the vehicle, then check immobilizer data wire connection.
10x RED = Not the same key! Use only ONE key for module programming.
11x RED = No data on the immobilizer. Check if there is another OEM keyfob in the vehicle, then check immobilizer data wire connection.
12x RED = No push received (no 12V). Check PTS connection.
13x RED = No data on the immobilizer. Check if there is another OEM keyfob in the vehicle, then check immobilizer data wire connection.
14x RED = No data on the immobilizer. Immobilizer data wire connection is on the wrong side of the cut or bad internal relay.
15x RED = Klon is invalid. Redo part 2 of Klon.


CH8

If the LED never turns solid RED or never blinks GREEN, press module programming button and the LED will pulse RED the error number:

1x RED = No high speed CAN activity. Check CAN wires.
2x RED = Keyless codes not learned, be sure to press the unlock button on the OEM keyfob.
3x RED = No data on the immobilizer. Check immobilizer data wire connection.
4x RED = Ignition never turns on. Check ignition wire connection.
5x RED = VIN not found. Check the CAN wires.
6x RED = No data on the immobilizer. Check immobilizer data wire connection.
7x RED = Not the same key! Use only ONE key for module programming.
8x RED = No data on the immobilizer. Check immobilizer data wire connection.
9x RED = No data on the immobilizer. Immobilizer data wire connection is on the wrong side of the cut or bad internal relay.
10x RED = Klon is invalid. Redo part 2 of Klon.



CH9
1x RED = Wait for ignition on -> Check ignition wire connection
2x RED = No CAN FT 50K activity -> Check connection on orange wire
3x RED = No CAN HS 500K activity -> Check connection on brown/red and brown/yellow
4x RED = No Challenge and/or Response captured (immobilizer learn step 1) -> Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
5x RED = No Challenge and/or Response captured (immobilizer learn step 2) -> Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
6x RED = Response verification failed (immobilizer learn step 2) -> Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
7x RED = No platform found -> Contact tech support.


CH10

If the LED never turns solid RED or never blinks GREEN, press module programming button and the LED will pulse RED the error number:

1x RED = No high speed CAN activity. Check CAN wires.
2x RED = Keyless codes not learned, be sure to press the unlock button on the OEM keyfob.
3x RED = No activity on the start enable. Check the orange wire connection.
4x RED = Ignition never turns ON. Check ignition wire connection.
5x RED = VIN not found. Check the CAN wire connections or flash by vehicle.
6x RED = No challenge/response received. Check the CAN wire connections and make sure the FOB is inside the car with the battery in it.
7x RED = No challenge/response received. Check the CAN wire connections and make sure the FOB is inside the car with the battery in it.
8x RED = Invalid Klon. Reset module and repeat programming procedure from step 1.
9x RED = Ignition never turns ON. Check the connection to the ignition.


CH11

If the LED never turns solid RED or never blinks GREEN, press module programming button and the LED will pulse RED the error number:

1x RED = No high speed CAN activity. Check CAN wire connections.
2x RED = Keyless codes not learned, be sure to press the unlock button on the OEM keyfob.
3x RED = No activity on the start enable. Check the orange wire connection.
4x RED = Ignition never turns ON. Check ignition wire connection.
5x RED = VIN not found. Check the CAN wire connections or flash by vehicle.
6x RED = No challenge/response received. Check the CAN wire connections or cycle IGN ON, OFF, key OUT 9 times.
7x RED = No challenge/response received. Check the CAN wire connections and make sure the FOB is inside the car with the battery in it.
8x RED = Invalid Klon. Reset module and repeat programming procedure from step 1.
9x RED = Ignition never turns ON. Check the connection to the ignition.


CH12

If the LED never turns solid RED or never blinks GREEN, press module programming button and the LED will pulse RED the error number:

1x RED = No high speed CAN activity. Check CAN 1 wire connections.
2x RED = Keyless codes not learned. Press the unlock button on the remote control of the car or press programming button until you see GREEN/RED flashes.
3x RED = Ignition never turns ON. Check ignition wire connection.
4x RED = No challenge/response received. Check the CAN wire connections and make sure the OEM keyfob is inside the car with the battery in it.
5x RED = VIN not found. Check the CAN wire connections or flash by vehicle.
6x RED = No challenge/response received. Check the CAN wire connections or cycle IGN ON, OFF, key OUT 9 times.
7x RED = Something is wrong with the Klon result. Reset and relearn.
8x RED = Ignition never turns OFF.
9x RED = No immobilizer data. Check the immobilizer data connection.
10x RED = Check immobilizer data cut.
11x RED = Conatact tech support.
12x RED = Contact tech support.
13x RED = No low speed CAN activty. Check 2nd CAN wire connections.
14x RED = Platform not found by VIN. Reflash module by vehicle.


CH13

If the LED never turns solid RED or never blinks GREEN, press module programming button and the LED will pulse RED the error number:

1x RED = No high speed CAN activity. Check CAN 1 wire connections.
2x RED = Keyless codes not learned. Press the unlock button on the remote control of the car or press programming button until you see GREEN/RED flashes.
3x RED = No ignition OR wrong vehicle selection. Check ignition wire connection (DL-CH13) OR CAN (RS and RSA-CH13) and make sure you're not working on a Ram CLASSIC. If the 6th digit of the VIN = E or F, it's a Ram Classic. Reflash for the correct vehicle.
4x RED = No challenge/response received. Check the CAN wire connections and make sure the OEM keyfob is inside the car with the battery in it.
5x RED = VIN not found. Check the CAN wire connections or flash by vehicle.
6x RED = No challenge/response received. Check the CAN wire connection and make sure the FOB is inside the car with the battery in it.
7x RED = Something is wrong with the Klon result. Reset and relearn.
8x RED = Ignition never turns OFF.
9x RED = No immobilizer data. Check the immobilizer data connection.
10x RED = Check immobilizer data cut.
11x RED = Contact tech support.
12x RED = Contact tech support.
13x RED = No low speed CAN activity. Check 2nd CAN wire connections.
14x RED = Platform not found by VIN. Reflash module by vehicle.


CH14
1x RED = Wait for ignition on -> Check ignition wire connection
2x RED = No Ignition. Check ignition input.
3x RED = No VIN Received. Check CAN wiring.
4x RED = No platform found -> Contact tech support.
5x RED = No immobilizer challenge received (Immo learn step 1) -> Retry key cycle
6x RED = No immobilizer response received (immobilizer learn step 2) -> Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
8x RED = Klon fail. Try to relearn. If problem persist, contact tech support.
